Why is Cruising the Caribbean a Good Way to Travel?
Bare with me while I get my “blogging legs,” and get more posts uploaded.
Why is cruising the way to go for if you are planning a vacation?
1.) The Total Is Not All Due Upfront
We went on a Norwegian cruise and the great thing about cruises is that the total budget is not due until a month or so before the actual cruise. Which means, if you plan a cruise a year out then you can pay it off gradually. You can plan out your excursions ahead of time. It makes budgeting nice and easy!
2.) Packages That Work Specifically For You
Some cruises have all inclusive packages including food and drinks (yes, even alcoholic drinks are included!) They also have photo packages. On cruise ships they have photographers that take your photos (if you want them to) and they get printed out for you to look at the photo station. I highly suggest buying a photo package. We didn’t at first but by the end of the cruise our fold had a bunch of photos that I absolutely loved and I ended up buying a photo package for 10 printed photos plus a flash drive of all of them. Other packages include Wifi, bottled water, diapers and other things. On the cruise we took we got to pick two packages after booking our room.
3.) Great Way To Travel
Cruising is a great way to see multiple beaches/islands instead of staying on the same beach for a week. On our cruise we left out of Miami and went to Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Key West. We spent two days at sea. The days at sea were just as fun as the days on land. We went on this cruise for my 21st birthday celebration, so we got to try ALL the drinks we wanted. They had plenty of activities that went on everyday so you were never bored.
I attempted to make my first travel video after using the GoPro to take a bunch of different videos during our vacation. I wasn’t planning on making a video (because I am more a picture gal) but after seeing everyone post travel videos I decide to try it. All I can say is that next time it’ll be better…
Keep Finding Adventure,
